Return Policy

The seller will deliver the goods according to the order purchased by the buyer. Orders that have been paid cannot be returned or refunded without the approval of the Seller.

In the event of an error in the delivery of the Product by the Seller, damage to the goods or a discrepancy in the number of goods, the Seller will send the Product back to the Buyer with the following conditions:

The Buyer is required to contact the Seller via e-mail and/or the contact number listed on this Site immediately within a maximum of 1x24 hours after the Product is received. The seller can file a complaint if it is made more than 1x24 hours after the item is received.

The Seller will assess the Buyer's report by matching the Order with the Products received by the Buyer.

Items to be exchanged must be returned in advance by the Buyer.

Products that will be sent by the Seller follow the Buyer and cannot be exchanged with other Products.

In the event of a purchase of a Buyer's Purchased Product, the Seller will replace it with another Product at the same price or make a refund in accordance with the nominal value of the item with the Buyer's approval.
